馃帗 Commencement Ceremony
Students who qualify may participate in the Commencement Ceremony
- Commencement is held at the end of the spring semester.
- Students who graduated in the previous summer or fall semesters are also invited to participate.
- Note: Final course grades are submitted after the ceremony. Participation does not guarantee that all degree or certificate requirements have been met.

Diploma and Certificate Orders
To receive a diploma or certificate, students must submit the Diploma/Certificate Order Form to the Admissions & Records Office by the posted deadline.
- Diplomas can be printed in English and/or Hawaiian.
- The current fee is $25.00 per diploma or certificate, due at the time of order (non-refundable).
- If requirements are not met for that semester, the fee can be applied to a future request for the same credential. Any increase in price will require payment of the difference.
- All outstanding financial obligations must be cleared before a diploma can be released.
Awarding of Degrees and Certificates
Students may be automatically awarded a degree or certificate when their enrolled coursework satisfies the requirements.
- Notification will be sent when a student becomes eligible for a credential.
- Once requirements are met, the credential will appear on the student鈥檚 official transcript.
- There is no cost for this process.
- If a student wishes not to receive the credential, a form must be submitted. Please consult with a counselor for assistance.
