HAWAII COMMUNITY COLLEGE

  • This Culinary Arts Program is designed to provide for entry-level employment with the option of THREE career levels.
  • At all levels, students are trained to develop positive attitudes, good work habits and basic food skills for producing quality food items.
  • Students learn food production skills and techniques for entry-level employment in the challenging and creative world of the hospitality industry.
  • Math English, plus 9 credits of General Electives are required.

Library/Learning Resource Center, 808-322-4858
The Library/Learning Resource Center provides services and resources to help student succeed in their classes. Students can access the entire University of Hawai'i Library system. Tutoring, both online and person–to-person, is available to students in their writing, mathematics, and college reading classes. Assistance with word processing, help in setting up online course, aid when ordering textbooks, email accounts, and general Internet access are all at hand for the benefit of students.
