MyUH Portal
MyUH Information
MyUH is University of Hawaii's first ever integrated student information system. Through a single door, MyUH Portal conveniently offers an array of essential services, including access to email, web registration and other academic services, and important announcements regarding classes and grades.

Who is Eligible to Attend
- Most classes are open to those individuals who meet the prerequisites.
- Certain classes are restricted to cohort members.
- Admission requirements for programs differ as follows:
Hawai’i Community College:
Students may apply to the community college using the UH common application form available at http://www.hawaii.edu/admissions.

UH at Hilo:
Requirements vary with each program.

UH at West Oahu: :
Students holding an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts or 55 or more transfer credits from HawCC or elsewhere may apply for admission into the BA Business Administration program as a classified student.
Students with an Associate of Science degree, or at least 45 transferable
credits, may have their transcripts evaluated for possible admission as unclassified
students.

Community College Distance Education Courses on Cable, Internet, or Interactive Television:
The UH community colleges collaboratively offer a distance-delivered
Associate in Arts degree.
Students must select one campus and fulfill its requirements for the degree, but courses may be taken from any of the
participating campuses.

The Admissions Process
If your objective is to obtain a degree, then you must apply for admission
to the campus and degree program of your choice.
Students interested in Distance Learning courses offered by other UH System
Community Colleges should enroll and register through Hawai’i Community
College at the Kealakekua campus or at the Hilo campus.
This process is called the "home/host" registration process.

Academic Advising
General academic advising is available from the Hawaii Community College, West Hawai’i, Office of Student Services. You can contact the counselors at the West Hawaii campus to set up an appointment: Raynette Haleamau-Kam: haleamau@hawaii.edu: Willow Aureala, aureala@hawaii.edu or phone 322-4856.
Each degree program will provide the applicant/student with detailed program information and advising. Please check with the college/university offering the degree/certificate.
Students with Disabilities
If you have a verified disability with appropriate supporting documentation and require accommodations, the Center will provide "reasonable accommodations" upon notification by the disability counselor.
However, neither Hawai‘i CC nor the Center provides assessment for a disability; you must obtain an evaluation yourself.
