Student Learning Objectives:

• Recognize and respond sensitively, efficiently and professionally to diverse clients and co-workers.
• Demonstrate ability to work under a supervisor and with fellow staff members in carry out agency policies and services.
• Articulate a working understanding of the strengths-=perspective in service provision.
• Describe broad perspective of the role of a human services worker, identifying some of the current issues and trends.

Course Objectives:

·        Empower each individual student with skills and tools to enhance their knowledge about Human Services

·        Students will have hands on experiences with various practicum sites

·        Students will gain added skills to become employable or explore higher educational opportunities
