Hawai‘i Community College Rural Hawai‘i Grant

The Hawai‘i Community College Rural Hawai‘i Grant aims to expand and improve education and training programs that can be completed in two years or less and that lead to high wage and high skill employment.

In addressing employer and industry needs, HawCC will develop, enhance, and/or deliver credit courses that lead into certificates or associate degree related to Business and Sustainability and Food Innovation. In addition, training related to Process Technology and Industrial Maintenance and Sustainability will be offered through non-credit certificates. Services that promote success and completion of degrees and/or certificates are available to participants.
